I am installing a CB radio and everything is in and yet I can't get it to work. I can't seem to be able to tune it. I was wondering if there was someone in Orange County that would be willing to help me out. Thanks in advance.

It's a cobra 29LTD installed on the bottom center tray and I have a FIRSTIK antenna 48" and it's mounted behind the Rear Passenger seat.

By tuning do you mean you can't get your Swr down? How is the antenna mounted?

As in, inside the cab of the truck?
    If so, that's your problem.

The antenna is mounted on the bed rails via a screw and the mount sits on the rail and it's grounded and everything. It's not inside the cab Lol

I just don't know how to tune essentially. Was looking for someone with the experience to help me do this.

    This.
If you grounded to the bed or bed rail, that probably doesn't do much.
The bed isn't grounded very well.

I will post pics in a bit but it's not grounded to the bed its grounded to the chasis. The swr is where I don't understand how to do this.
