Anyone tried RA Audio subs? Saw them at Sonic Electronix and they don't require a huge box for the 10". Kinda interested.

    Anyone?

I've only meet one person running it and they were very happy with the setup.

Well I got the sub in and I am really impressed with the initial looks. It is a BEEFY motor structure and looks really nice. We will see how it sounds once I get everything built and installed.

I still have to finalize the box design and decide if I want to go sealed or ported. I am leaning towards though.

Well I got it installed finally and I LOVE it. I built a .66 cuft sealed box that fits right behind the front seat in the foot area of my 03 Doublecab. I am running a single 10 with a RF 300.1 amp. It is nice and punchy for all the rock music I like but also can get nice and deep for stuff like the new Muse album. For the money, I haven't owned a better sub. I will let you know if my opinion changes after it gets broken in and the honeymoon phase wears off, but first impression is a good one.
