Sounds like one is JBL and one isn't. Is that the case?

    Why not just go aftermarket?

I hate to use the "can't" word... so I'll say there are no plug and play methods of doing this. It would be easier for you to sell the OEM unit and purchase an aftermarket unit, as adapters at least exist for that purpose.

Aside from that, my best advice is to start comparing wiring diagrams for the two units and get the wire plugs from a 2013 model truck.

Wait.. Your title is OEM2013 into a 2012 and now you are saying its a Panasonic touch screen? Very confusing and it makes it hard to help you out.

RE: Bluetooth, you might be able to get the Blu logic kit for a 2013 truck and adapt it to fit yours.

Aside from that, you need to get the 2012/2013 wiring diagrams (or buy a subscription to TIS - https://techinfo.toyota.com) which will have all the diagrams you need.

USB has 4 wires, and it sounds as though you have 2 wires hooked up correctly (that would explain charge but no music through iphone). As far as your steering wheel controls, AS STATED, you need the wiring diagrams for both trucks to figure out which pin goes to which wire. I applaud your OEM+ upgrade, but there is no plug-n-play solution, and being the first to do something requires some ingenuity.

I dont remember the part number but i got it at a rinky dink auto stereo store, the guy heard tacoma headunit and knew which one it was, i guess its a comon adapter for aftermarket radios cost about 15 bucks, it will have the hole where u plug ur antenna and a extra blue wire i believe, dont hook the other wire up or ur headunit wont come off with the ign off.
