Like the title says. I am having a hard time hearing calls on the handsfree unit in my 2012. Anybody else have this problem? Is there something I can do to turn up the sound from the speakers? I don't know, any help would be appreciated!

I have the same problem. End up synching my phones about once a month. That seems to take care of it. Thinking about going back to the dealer though.

And not to be a DB, but have you tried turning up the volume on the steering wheel controls?

yea, that was the first thing I did...has nothing to do with it, unfortunately. So re-synching it has solved it for you?

Yeah so far it has worked. I wasn't sure if it was an issue with multiple phones or just the truck Bluetooth malfunctioning.

while your bluetooth is active, use the volume control on the steering wheel to turn the volume up or down.

by active I mean while you are on a call

Glad it worked for you. I guess I'll continue re-synching my phones monthly.:tumbleweed:
