Hello everyone, my first post here needing help. I have purchased the 2013 touchscreen radio and want to install into my 2012 and of course the wiring is different. Can anyone provide me the knowledge of how to accomplish this?

I was on it today, after months of waiting, lol, i got the pins out of the r3 connector and tried to install them on the r15 but the fucking pins themselves are diferent, so now im eather gonna wait for someone to sale custom harnesses or buy the pins from toyota and cut off the r3 connector altogether
