Alright this is my first post.

I an wanting to add subs to my 98 extended bed. I already have a pioneer AVIC Z1 with ipod and blue tooth and Diamond amp and i dont know what speakers because it came with the truck..

So I was wondering if any one has put subs where the rear speakers should go and how does it sound?

im thinking of adding these subs..

Not sure if the link took us to the same place but I saw a 6"W3"v3  (I would however agree a W^ would be an EXCELLENT choice. :))

If you are just looking to add a "little" bump either of those may do however if you are looking for true "sub" bass I'd get something with a lot more cone area.

well im just worried that the JL's arnt going to sound that good because they are basically in a metal box. plus i dont know if both sides are open all the way around... but what I just thought of would be cool is if i could fit 2 8"s back there... i dont know ill have to look into when i get back from guam and back to the snow..
