What are you using?? Ipod? Iphone?

I have a PA15-TOY and love it. I have an Ipod Classic that's plugged into it all the time. I would need an adapter for my iphone 5....unless USA Spec would provide you with the appropriate lightning cables as part of the kit.

My husband also has a USA spec unit in his Acura with an iphone 5 adapter cable (bought aftermarket). Works great.

You may also want to verify with USA Spec (or other members here) that the devices will play together. I've run into issues in the past with various ipod devices and vehicle ipod kits that aren't necessarily compatible with the newer or older firmware. Make sure they are cross compatible.
