There is a steel bar/tube located behind the radio. Is that just a brace and can I drill into it for a ground?

I'm just not sure if it's a conduit of some sort and I don't want to drill into wire looms that might be there.

Just connect the video brake bypass wire to the black wire (ground) for the radio.

    ^^^This or

I grounded mine on a bolt next to the shifter. I just ran mine down the dash and under the cup holders. There a 10mm bolt holding a tab right there.
