Seems like its legit. The picture showing the serial number matches the picture on Focal's website. Go here, and then click on "Serial Numbers" on the left side of the page. Then look at the picture on the bottom left.

Also, I would think there's a noticeable sound quality difference between genuine Focals and counterfeits.

You'll give a shit when you pay 1200$ for a set of speakers and they sound like 20$ Rockford Fosgate speakers..

The guy who said check with Focal is correct. Also, those are some bad ass speakers right there.. Make sure you put good clean power to them. No class D amps.
