Installed a 5500 yesterday and have an issue. My reverse camera in my mirror will not display in the mirror. I did not hook up either the green parking cable or the violet/white reverse signal cable. Today I am prepping the bypass cable and plan on running the reverse signal cable. Does not having these cables connected interfere with the mirror display or do I have a new problem?

Just found the culprit. Left the harness unplugged at 2 AM
