Oem Toyota Headunits retrofitted into Tacoma?

BFG Mud Terrains and a Defend New Orleans decal...sad, I know

I've looked a little. The only one I can find that people get to kinda fit is the new Tacoma JBL touchscreen.

Basically I do not like the interface of aftermarket HU's nor do i like the dash kits you need to install them.

Does anyone have any Toyota touchscreen radio fitted in their Tacoma?
For example, I'm a valet so I see alot of Toyota HU's. I've seen that some Tundra, 4runner and Highlander HU's Could easily fir with slight modifications.

Has anyone tried and succeeded on ANY OEM Tacoma HU?
