Ok guys im running a Sony- XM-2002GTR amp.. Ive had The amp for years and its been a great amp..

So im looking at subs... I know there are ALOT of options, and ive always used Pioneer, RF, and Sony subs. But im looking outside my normal range... Im not looking at spending more than 50/sub.. and im doing two 10"

Ive seen a few companys that are starting to get some good reviews

these are the ones im looking at that i have never heard of

    Boss

    Sound ordnance

    VM

Also i have been looking at some Alpines And Polk Audio

Ive heard and heard of the last two.. but there a little more.. just wanting some opinions... any HELP is appreciated.

if you're willing to spend about 100/sub id suggest the sundown audio e10. hands down hardest hitting sub i've ever had/seen. one ten shakes my truck with 500rms watts to it. plus they come with a 2 year warranty and can take a beating(watch the video link). i have the one sub paired up to a pioneer mono amp that pushes 500rms watts at 2ohms or 800rms watts at 1ohm. i love it.

*edit: sundown also makes a slim mount sub but thats about 90 bucks more

Of the three you listed the Sound ordnance is what I would choose for a budget sub.

I think that the sundown option would be the best. Here is a great website for some b-stock subs at a slightly higher price but I think you would be more than happy with these:

Make sure you figure out the box dimensions before you pick your sub. My box did not require a shallow sub, but the sub I picked was too deep :(

I'll preach the Sundown benefits too. I have 2 SD-2's, and they rock in sealed enclosures. I'm putting the finishing touches on a ported box that should shake the foundations too.

My amp is not rated to run two of these subs. I could barely run one of the sundown subs. Im not buying another amp. I have also found a deal on some RF R2D4 Subs that i may endup with because it will be less than 100 for the pair...

I have and the mounting depth is 5.5 so most 10's should be ok for my Application.. I have a Champion 12 Pioneer but its a little too long for it to fit so thats why im doing two 10's
