I have a 2012 tacoma access cab off road with wireless blue tooth capability. It does not have a touch screen. Does it have entune software built in, or do you HAVE to have a touch screen to have entune? I am curious because of all the entune 3.1 update info being posted. My truck is currently at the stealership and they said only tacomas with a touchscreen have entune. Thanks in advance for help.

My 2103 stock radio was touchscreen, but not entune. Not sure how that relates to the 2102 models. What the stealership may be saying is you need a touchscreen to support entune, but having a touchscreen does not mean you have entune.

I agree that you have to have touch to be able to use it. Imagine using a smart phone without a touch screen...

I think you have to have a touch screen to have entune. I have the entune/jbl in my 2013, and for that year you could only get entune with the jbl and navi option. But the 2014 radios have entune without and I think they are plug and play if you really want it.
