Kenwood is replacing the 5120 with the 5140. Has any one on this forum installed the 5140? Looking at the Kenwood web site I can not tell the difference in the two. As best I can tell Kenwood stopped making the 5120 November of 2008. The HU appears to be popular on this forum. Thanks, Dale

    A few bolts are different.
I can not tell the difference either besides the price. I love my 5120 especially at $549, cant beat that for the features it has

5140 has some different features, check www.sonicelectronix.com and do a side by side comparison. They sell the 5120 for 599.99 and the 5140 for 699.99. I have the 5120 and love it.
