I am currently looking at the 5120 as well. I have found a seller on ebay for 510 shipped, plus the 14% live cashback so your looking at around 450. You'll want to look for either a Scosche or Metra Dash kit double din dash kit. Those are on Ebay as well.

One thing to keep in mind Kenwood only supports their warranty for 2 online vendors (Crutchfield and Pacific Stereo) and not Ebay sellers, so be very sure who you are buying from offers some sort of warranty through their store.
