Whats up guy, This is my first post on this forums, im getting ready to install my system in my 2005 tacoma prerunner access cab, Does anyone know of a good spot to mount a EQ that doesn't require any cutting? The EQ I have is a Audiocontrol Three.2, I can't find any spots that I can get to really that I could reach and look clean. so any help would be appreciated!

Personally I'd slap it under my seat. Set it then put the seat back in and never worry about it again.

I would do that but, the way mine is set up i turn the volume up and down from it also so it kinda needs to be in reach so i can turn my music up and down. or else i would do that!

Um, yeah. You can't mount a Three. series and set it and forget it lol. What head unit are you running with it?

Ya its kinda hard too, i am running the Alpine INE-W927HD double din. i was thinking about mounting it in the little compartment behind the cup holders. it will require a little cutting but seems to fit in that spot pretty good.

I was afraid you were going to say a double din lol. Technically, there is enough room to run the eq below even the dd but it would require some fabrication skills to make it work. Either way, you're looking at some custom install solutions, but I'm guessing you've already figured that out. I'd want it someplace as close as possible to where my hand would be easily able to reach it though - I ran one for years in one of my systems, although mine was the Three.1. Love that piece - I still have it floating around somewhere....
