DNX5120 Installed-Few questions and issues

OK I installed the headunit and its great. I have a few minor issues now that hopefully you guys can help me with:

Biggest issue: Headunit doesn't line up right in the dash. The bottom of it is flush and I have a quater inch gap at the top. It's also too far right in the bezel. If it matters, I have the Metra dash kit.

Bluetooth: Callers on the other line are saying I'm echoing and its a little fuzzy.

IPOD: The videos play but without the video, only sound.

IPOD: The cord I got needs to be exchanged with another as it does't lock into my iphone

Any ideas? Especially regarding the first issue...

 

the bluetooth issue is the firmware upgrade.. if its not the version 1.70 its horrible.

 

i would remove the hu, and make sure all your hardware is in the right place and is secure. did the hu come with a trim ring? if so are you using it?
