LOC summing

    I've done a lot of searching on these forums and want to make sure i'm understanding something correctly. I've seen comments about the Lc7i and other LOC's being useful for the summing (CH 1-4 not talking about the woofer) feature.

    Unless you are running a taco with a JBL headunit the summing feature for CH 1-4 does not need to be enabled. This probably seems like common sense if you know that the front outputs from the stock deck are full range..but it was confusing the hell out of me. I use the lc7i and it has a jumper setting that you would have to set if you wanted it to sum a speaker input that was an internal crossover.
