Hi. I hope someone here can help. The guys at Toyota Customer Care took one try and it didn't work while the local Toyota dealer has not returned either of my messages.

Here's the problem: I can sync my phone and connect via Bluetooth to Entune. I can make and receive calls and all of my contacts are there. The problem is that anyone on the other end hears a constant echo or garbled sound if I call them. Having a discussion is impossible. It seems to be a bit better if the person calls me but not by much.

I unsynced and resynced, removed the device and readded it. I've tried all of the Call Sound settings and Noise Cancelling is on. Does anyone have any other ideas?

Try another phone and see if that works.

If the other phone works it may be something wrong with your phone.

If the other phone doesn't work then take the truck back into the dealer and have them check.

If you have the same make/model phone you will get more accurate tests.

    Good luck
