I have a 2013 Tacoma and in the year and a half I've had it many people have connected to my trucks radio through Bluetooth and with so many phone options in the source I sometimes have a hard time figuring out which is mine. I've tried to figure out how to delete these extra phones but cannot figure it out. So if anybody has any idea of how to delete these extra phones that would be very helpful.
    Thank you.

I have a 2013 regular SR5 head unit, but here is the process. Doing it now in the truck for you.

    Hit Setup
    Hit Bluetooth
    Hit Registered Devices
    Hit Remove
    Hit device to remove
    Hit Yes

    Done.

Also, change the name on your device so you can easily know what it is called. Mine is hella easy -JAMES S4. I don't have to figure out which device is my phone, AJOE90137U0 OR AJOE91073390H. :D

Pretty sure you have to set your head unit to discoverable and/or search for bluetooth devices to connect. You could always disconnect your phone and delete it, then re-connect it and see what options you have.

There is no "registered devices" when I go to setup / Bluetooth devices. My 2013 Tacoma says "Connect Phone", Connect Audio Player" and "Detailed Bluetooth Settings". That's it. When I go to "detailed Bluetooth settings", there's there to get rid of a registered device either.

Just curious but did anybody ever figure out a solution for this? My devices are full, just bought a used truck and cannot highlight registered devices. It's filled up with other people's phones and I can't even add my own.

Did your truck come with a user manual?

I have had this problem. I was always trying to do it while driving, probably shouldn't have been. The truck needs to be in park to remove devices. Hope this helps.
