I really like it up there. I always have a sunglasses clip on my visor anyway so no loss in that department!

Guys I have two questions for you.
    1. Are you using the factory wired Sat antenna or the Sirius antenna that came with your receiver?
    2. How are you connecting to the factory AUX input on the back of the Toyota stereo?
I will be installing my Sirius here in the next few weeks and I'm still debating both locations that are pictured here?
    Thanks

Here's the hard wire setup I have in my 08 DC. No factory antenna. The Pioneer HU has an AUX jack in the back of the unit for direct connection. Great sound.

Anybody know if someone makes an adapter to use the factory xm antenna to connect to a sirius sportster5? I just got a 09 taco double cab trd off road and currently I have the sportster installed in the pocket infront of the shifter but I have a sirius antenna on the roof which I hate. Thanks for the help

Sport wheels added.

the "tuner" will come with the antenna. If your HU is SAT ready, you don't need anything else. Just the Alpine Sirius tuner pak.

That is cheaper, but it's not the same bracket.

That's a "Universal" bracket that will need a little modification to fit. I have the exact same bracket. It comes with the Sirius pro install kit. I did not like it so I bought the other one.
