2013 DCSB O/R with touch-screen(NO NAV) audio. Had a Motorola DroidRZRMaxx when I bought the truck new. No problems with anything phone-related. Just bought the new Samsung Galaxy S5, phone will pair with the truck, but every time it pairs, I get a "Transfer Failed" message, and none of the contacts show up. I only get the numbers, no names. I have tried going into the sync menu and transferring contacts, it goes thru all the steps, even counts out how many contacts have been transferred, then hangs for a second at "Transferred: 110 of 110" then gives the "Transfer Failed" message. Any thoughts??

Mine doesn't work either, S4 with non Engine non JBL touch screen. I think it doesn't work well with Android or new iPhones.

My wife was thinking its something with the newer Android OS. Cuz my Moto DroidRZR Maxx was Android, but it was produced around the same time as the truck...

Maybe. The S4 debuted mid 2013 I think, and my truck was built in July/August 2013.

I just bought a 2015 dc with the touch screen no nav unit and my contacts from my note 4 transfer all 215 of them but my s5 gets to 110 and then fails. Both phones have lollipop up dates. I bet its something with the s5. it i super pain in the butt
