Plug and Play Loc/ Complete wiring? Is this real?

    That is not a LOC that is an input for a "ipod" type device it takes a music playing device and puts the sound into the HU. Think of it as a aux input.

    but it converts it to RCA's... what am i missing here.

    RCA can be in or out. RCAs are not exclusively for LOCs this is an RCA IN so audio would go IN with oh say a 3.5mm (headphone jack) to RCA convertor. But you don't need that you have a 2014 so you have one of those already. If your looking for just a LOC you can go from a non adjustable $10 one all the way to a clean sweep or bit one controller just get an adjustable LOC and have someone install it for you that way it is truly "plug and play". you plug money into their pocket for the install and you can play.
