    Get the biggest, highest quality amp you can afford, that will fit in the space available. You can never have too much Hp or amp... It's way better to have too much amp and underdrive it, than to have to little and really push it.

    You could make your own enclosure and save some of that money if you wanted, and dump whatever you saved into a better power-handling sub. Just a thought
