Aftermarket Nav/Audio?

Hey guys....sorry if this has been asked a million times but I was looking at the 2015 taco audio units at the dealer and really liked it and thought about adding one to my 2012......until I priced it. OUCH. That being said I'd like to add an aftermarket system to my truck. Are there any units out that there that are plug and play? I'd love to have Nav/BT/sat radio etc as well as have the back up camera on the larger screen and the steering wheel controls work. Is this possible? If so, what units do you guys recommend? Thanks!

I put one in my '12 that had XM as well. Just need a couple adapters and I was good to go. Even get to keep your steering wheel controls and the inputs in the dash!

 

Just saw you are in Canadiastan. May want to do a little more research just to be sure. I've seen some members with issues up there due to the laws.
