connection question for deck and amp installation

I have a Kenwood deck DNX 5120 that has only 4 rca outs, 2 for the front and 2 bridged for the sub. I'm going to use the internal amp for rear speakers. I currently only have the deck and front speakers hooked up as I'm waiting for my Marv Sub Box.

I'm planning on prepping the deck for the installation of the amp and was wondering if I connect the rca cables to the deck but leave it unconncted in the back, will the stereo still play the front and rear speakers? Or will it think there's an amp in the mix and will just be silent? Any ideas?

I'm trying to get creative on expanding my 4 rca output to work for the system. Thanks in advance for any help.

if you have a full system (deck, door speakers, amp, subs) and you disconnect the amp & subs - it should not affect your deck sending sound to your door speakers

 

The speakers will still play fine, I had to do it for the last 2 weeks.

 

Make sure you tape off the unconnected RCA w/ some electrical tape.

Thanks for the info folks, this will allow me to prerun my cabling into the rear and not have to mess with the deck again when I install my amp and box. I appreciate the confirmation for my peace of mind.
