Hey everyone, I just installed a Wilson Flex 4' CB antenna and I mounted it on the bedrails with a mirror mount (pictures below). I have been trying to tune it, but it's been giving me a reading of roughly 3:1 across the board from channel 1 to 40. I think this might be due to a grounding issue, but I don't really know what to do to remedy it. I know there are some others on the board here who run a similar mounting setup. What do you think? Input? Advice? Am I missing something entirely? Thanks for your help!

    getting there....
the ground is the problem. you need to make a ground wire and go from where its grounded there on the mount to the frame somewhere. i used a solid piece of cable to ground mine,.....but some 8 gauge wire should do the trick.
