Need Help With Positive & Negative

Im soldering a PA speaker (which has one positive and one negative wire) to a 3.5mm jack (pictured above) so i can connect it to my CB radio. Ive watched some videos and the two middle pieces are supposed to be positives but I only have one positive wire. What do you guys think? Where do I put my positive wire?
