    I am not familiar with this particular unit but it appears from the webpage that it should work on your Tacoma. Did you press the Disc button twice? Usually the first press switches you to the CD player, you press it again and it switches to the Aux device. Are you sure you have it fully plugged into the back of the radio. I suspect you just got a bad unit...

    try the USA SPEC DF-TOY converter. I have one and it works pretty good for sat and MP3.

    Well... I know it works, because I ripped it off the scion tc that I traded in for my taco. :) Maybe I just need to check the connections a bit better. If all else fails, I'll just get the metra.
