Tint, Lo Pro tonneau cover,Weather techs, BFG AT ,

Getting ready to install aftermarket stereo and speakers in my 09 tacoma.Should i keep the ceiling speakers hooked up or ditch them.If i get rid of them what is the best way to figure out which wires go to them so I can cut wires.Just installing head unit and infinity door speakers.Probably gonna keep the tweeters hooked up but no sure about the ceiling ones.Anybody else that has done this let me know of results, Thanks
