I know I am a little slow on gettin ipod/iphone but I see I probably need PA15TOY. I have a 2008 4x4 4cyl sr5 with stock single cd player. Question I have is does the cd play as usual if the iphone is plugged in ? Anyone who has one can just tell me how it plays would be fine.

this should be fine. I just installed the PA15-TOY for my single CD stock deck. The PA15 basically tricks the stock head unit into thinking there is another CD changer installed. You will still be able to play the single CD player. When you want to listen the the iPod/iPhone hit the "disc" button and it will go to CD1, the virtual cd changer. You can choose different playlists by selecting discs on the cd changer which, of course, is actually your iPod.
