I have a system that I like to turn up. I nearly got busted on the way home last night because I did not hear or see my V1 going off. I was very tired and zoned on the road. Kind of hard to believe with the big arrows.

Has anyone hooked up their radar to their stereo? I don't want to hear the beeping maybe just a mute function for a 1/2 second.

the remote display has a wire that will feed into an aftermarket mute button on a radio. This will mute your detector from the head unit. I'm guessing if it allows this feature it will also allow sound to come through your speakers. remote displays go for 53- shipped, i just ordered one yesterday. I'd contact valentine and ask them
