options for a subwoofer in an access cab

To start i have "tried" to search this but it is almost 4 am and i havent had any sleep so don't kill me if someone already posted this.


From what i was able to reseach it looks like everyone has a half ass sub box just sitting in the back of there truck or some big ugly thing screwed in under the back window. now if this works for you great , but i actually use the back of my truck/boxs under the seats and care how it looks. I have upgraded all my speakers and my headunit and the final step is i would like a sub. Im not looking for the best of the best but i dont want crap. my idea was to mount one under the passenger seat something clean and hidden but i figure there has to be a reason why no one has done it so can some one explain?

Basicly i know nothing about subs when it comes to cars so i have a few questions

-what are my option for mounting one?
-exactly what would i need to add a middle of the road sub to my system?
- what are some sizes and brands that you guys believe would work well for the average person.

 

i dont have this setup but i thought it was a nice little sub that was compact enough to maybe fit under the drivers seat or passengers seat in your case. just one you might want to look into.

no problem. OP said it wont fit under the seat but if you read towards the bottom it tells you how to move the bar and bend the sensor brackets to make it fit. hope this helps

Oh and everything's built into it so all you'd have to do is wire power ground and rca's and your done.
