I want to replace the 400 watt inverter in my truck with something around a 1000 watts or maybe a little more. I have no clue where to start my search. Can anyone recommend a decent power inverter or at least a good brand.

I stopped by frys and the guys there just looked for the most expensive one and said that was probably the best. Gee you think....
