Question got a few questions adding sub.

so i am wanting to add a 10 inch sub to my stock system. first off how or can i do this? i dont want to change my system but i wanna add an AMP and sub so how would i go about adding it and what are some ball park prices i should be expecting....

yes u can do this. prices may vary depending on your choices and quality. there is a device out there ( cant think of what its called) but it essentially takes the eight speaker wires into a hub with built in high and low pass filters, providing four speaker output as well as sub out. Ye Be Warned, this method is not often preferred as they tend to lack performance and quality, mostly due to the fact that an after market stereo can provide more control over the sub its self as well as provide efficient power to run all 4.1 speakers.

I see you are in the Bay area, I highly recommend calling or messenging Mr Marv on this. He is in the southern part of your area and is SUPER in the know on things like this! He will NOT steer you wrong and is truly a super guy.
