Ok, my eyes are officially bleeding. I searched and am even more confused.

I have a 2010 Taco Double Cab with the $200 AM/FM 6-disc radio upgrade. This upgrade includes Satellite radio pre-wire and antenna. Since I have the Sirius lifetime deal, I would like to add it to my Taco. I don't think I can re-use the JVC Sirius receiver from my Subaru in my Taco.

Would it be better and cheaper to just swap the OEM radio with a new JVC radio w/ satellite controls so I can re-use the JVC Sirius receiver? If so, can I use the OEM pre-wired antenna connections?
