10 SR5 Access Cab

I wanna put a jl audio 10w7 in my truck and I haven't seen much in the way of enclosures for access cabs. So I'm planning on making my own but I've never made one before. I've looked around a little bit and I have a pretty good idea of what I need and want to do. I was just wondering if anyone had experience with making boxes and had any tips for construction and placement.
