Upgrading factory keyless on 05+ Tacomas

Has anyone tried to upgrade their 05+ Tacoma's factory keyless to a factory alarm? I know there is a mod you can do at home for the 03's but what about the latest Tacos?

Taco has it for your upgrade there's also aftermarket that can easily connect to your factory. i wanted the valet viper but it costs $400+ but i think it's worth it because i am upgrading my media/audio.
