sub box for 08 reg. cab

Has anybody got one of those self contained powered sub boxes in their truck? I know some of those types of subs have speaker level inputs and since the regular cab doesn't have rear speakers, the rear speaker output is available on the back of the factory radio.

I know there's not a lot of space back there, so it would have to be small.
I don't want to annoy the neighbors, just fill in the bottom end a little.
Thoughts?

I've got Mr. Marv working on a sub for the regular cab I'm his guinea pig. If all goes well you can go that route and get a true sub.
