So It took me a while to figure out where to install my Xpress XM Radio. Finally I figured it out. I Installed the supplied mount by screwing it into the blank that goes where the 4WD switch would be. Attach the mount as far right as possible and you will have a clear view of the display and controls @ your fingertips. I used two small bolts and secured with nuts on the back.
The power cord fits nicely in the pocket down by your knee and I notched the plate so my audio out and antennae could go into the dash (I am using a metra aux in adaptor.) I also have my ipod end of the metra adaptor in my glovebox.

PS I mounted the anntennae right on top of the stereo (Inside the dash) and have had no reception problems.

Are you using the FM portion to transmit to the stock stereo? Or are you wired direct? How does it sound? Are you saying you can hook both the XM & the ipod up simueltaneously?
    \Thanks

I am using the metra adaptor from Circuit City (Search for it on this forum).. It allows direct plug in of an aux input and an ipod. The aux input will override the ipod if they are both transmitting.

Sounds great.. much better then an FM transmitter. You do have to turn the volume up compared to radio broadcast but not a big deal.
