    Great!
What's the approximate price on a set of this exact model: 1st Gen Xtra Cab?
Also, do you happen to have some other picture angles; more specifically, looks like there's no KickOuts; just the KickUps, is that right?
    Thanks, man

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
These would be $400.00 plus shipping for weld on bare metal. and there is no kick out just the Kick up. The sliders on my truck are the only kick out/Kick up's I've ever built.

Just installed drivers side yesterday. Did anyone have any problems in the front with the knife edge digging into the slider? I had to pick up a pizza when I was done, it was knocking when when I went over bumps.

No instructions. Square washers on inside of truck frame, then put bolts on. The long brackets are for the holes nearest the front. Hard to reach but that's why they're on long sticks. Bolts face the inside of the truck. Tail of it faces the rear. Hope this helps.

Installed drivers side bolt on yesterday (DCLB). Under the driver's side door, the knife edge is digging into the slider and knocking when I hit bumps.

There's one bolt in the middle on the driver's side that is right where the brake lines run in the frame rail. I put that bolt in backwards so the threads wouldn't be against the lines.

My passenger side looks like this. It makes contact with the truck when I jack from the slider. I'm going to shoot him a message because I can't have the slider making contact with the truck when I jack from it, let alone if I came down on a rock.

    Jerry,
My passenger slider makes contact with the cab when jacked. It sits about 1/2" higher than the driver slider and about 1/2" more forward. This has to be fixed. I cannot jack the passenger side without it making contact with the cab, which also means it cannot land on a rock without doing the same.

I finally after months finished drilling and bolting on my passenger side sliders, and went to open the rear door on my DCSB, to have this happen... major interference. Had to force the door closed, and used some touch up paint to over the impact.

    null_zps29a2a104_3611a4a7ee49042ecabeceaaf628eec1e0975d7e.jpg

    null_zps92985d25_7f69e7aa1b4e566b57d7538fcab1498a34ed3898.jpg

Then I started looking at my install and the difference between the drivers side (which is perfect) and the passenger side.

Driver side rear most frame mount:
    null_zps3e5d6a9c_633c5fe28d41477c57393d5da0b30d3396218c60.jpg

    null_zpse7c0e809_439b0a10e5fbb2285788d1519426a97d8aa6e0b3.jpg

    And then the passenger side:
    null_zps472bda8a_eedb2f52a2eb50c58897d12459a247cf7f831b08.jpg

And then I found the issue, or alteast what I think is the issue, compare this picture to the one above from the drivers side, and see where the slider mounts are welded to the frame bolting plate, see how the passenger side is so much higher. This is causing the rear of the sliders to be so much higher and interfere with the door.

I have a Double Cab Short Bed, 2nd Gen, and these are Bolt On Sliders with the Kick Out.

Jerry I sent you an email last weekend, and I will PM you here too now. Just wanted to share this with everyone, and see if anyone else has had this issue, and if there were recommendations that didnt involve re-welding them, since I dont know how to weld nor do I own a welder.

    -----

On a side note, I wanted to check the front and rear door clearance with the weight of the truck on the sliders, and the front doors are no issue, but the back door on my drivers side interferes with the sliders when they are supporting my truck. Not a surprise at all. But something to note if I have to use my rear doors for some reason when I am stuck on something, since I keep some of my recovery gear back there. But I bet even with welded on sliders this is the case.

    -----

What should we torque the mounting bolts too? I think I did 85 ft-lbs, like lug nuts.
