I finally got these on. I tried to do an entire suspension overhaul over a long weekend but wasn't able to get these on myself. A big thanks goes out to the guys and gals at Demello offroad for helping me out and getting these things burned on. The work they did came out great. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs any fab work done. It's a really sweet setup and feels great so far. The only thing is I have some rub while flexing. I'll need to figure out what size spacer to run to clear the tire from rubbing. Shocks are 12" 2.0's
    Here are the photos.

Where I was getting some rub after running down some dirt trails. Spacers should solve this.

How it's sitting now. Still messing with the front ORI's and trying to find a good ride height without rubbing cv boots.

Again, big thanks to Jerry at BAMF and the crew at Demello Off-Road.

Damn, thats a mean rig man.

My tires also rub on the shocks, what spacers were you thinking of running?? 3/4" Bora perhaps?

I actually just got off the phone with the guys at BORA and they can make you any size spacer. The minimum size you can run with the lug nuts is 3/4. They can also make them hub centric to hub centric smaller than that if you want to run longer wheel studs. I don't know what size I'll run yet. I still need to test it out some more and see how much I need to clear throughout the entire travel. I'm trying to minimize pushing the rear tires out more than they already are so it's either 3/4 or longer studs with smaller spacer.

Im thinking of pulling the trigger on a set of 3/4" spacers for the rear. But wouldn't we need longer studs to run those anyway?

No. the 3/4" spacers come with their own lug nuts to bolt to the factory studs then you'd bolt your wheels to the studs on the spacer, which they said are a little bit longer than factory.

    Nate

Edit: the lugs that come with the spacer should be good but I've seen people run the ET(extended thread) nuts if that's what you mean.

Oh ok. That kinda makes more sense. Extending the studs makes more sense to me than different Lugnuts

Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
Hope this helps the BORA .75" discussion, from my build thread.

Thanks! That does help. I think I'll be ordering up some spacers from them. I'm thinking the .75 front and maybe 1/2 or less for the rear depending on how much clearance I need.

Just match them at .75" front and rear. No one makes a .5" to my knowledge. If they do you will need longer studs and that is kind of silly over just .25"....

I think you can set them up to work. Depending how you weld it together and backspacing on your wheels, you can make a lot of room.

Flexed it out, kit works a lot better than stock shock lengths

    Also-
hard to tell from the pics...but is the shock fully compressed before the bump stops are hit?
Not sure If i should go 11" shock or 12" ...would be running 2-2.5" rear lift.
