Does your cap cover up the bed rails i can bend them up and have it sit just under your cap.

I don't have that measurement but the wide out side edge is 11.25" and the inside is 4" so you can take a tape measure and check where 11.25" across is on your bed rails and then check the 4" that will give you an idea on where it will sit . I can also bend them up so they sit lower in the bed we found with a soft tonneau they would need to be bent up to clear.

For those of you that received your mounts how long did it take USPS to deliver? I received my shipping confirmation and tracking number on the 20th, been anxiously checking the mail everyday and still nothing 10 days later. I don't ever receive much via USPS, are they really this slow?

They send the confirmation when he prepares the packages. Check the tracking link again. Mine were shipped yesterday and arrived today. (I live about 40 minutes away though...)
