I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
BAMF now has a 100% true bolt on slider for the 2005+ TACOMA We recently acquired the frame plate file from 1 Bored Clerk seen in this thread http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/armor/302192-diy-bolt-frame-plates-sliders.html who has came up with a kick ass frame plate design and we have been testing it with our 80" sliders. So all bolt on 80" sliders ordered will have this frame plate design for a 100% true bolt on NO DRILLING!! We have made a few tweaks to the frame plate to fit our sliders and have a little more rear support. From what ive seen on the market today these are the strongest 100% bolt ons you can get for your Tacoma.

We also have a 96" true bolt on

Just read 1 Bored Clerk's thread. It's pretty awesome how this came together on the forum from unselfish endeavor to respected vendor for production!

Will the 2005 Tacoma Double Cab still need some drilling?

The 05 should be fine we just need to check the 06 and 07 there is two rivets that might get in the way.

I'm shooting for the same price point we have now. I'm still doing a cost analysis so it could change.

They're $240 on the site. I also see a "make bolt on" option for a +$130

    Is this accurate?

the 240 os the deal of the day so that's one day only the normal price is 300 for standard sliders.

We are taking orders on them now all bolt on sliders leaving the shop from now on will have these plates on them. We currently have a 8 to 10 week lead time.

Not a very popular slider I've told a few guys I'll do a GB on regular cabs bolt on sliders if they can find 15+ people to order.
