    I just bought a used boat, the previous owner name the boat "Poppys Pride". This name is really not working for me since I don't even have kids not to mention grandkids. I was thinking on renaming the boat, but someone told me that renaming the boat is bad luck. What do you guys think????? Thanks.

    Just rename it. Just make sure to have all your PFD's, fire extinguisher, etc lol.

    I probably wouldn't think twice. Luckily when I got my boat the previous owner didn't have a name on it.
