Fishing rod tube carrier for roof top

Any suggestions? I'm looking to put together a PVC rod carrier to mount to the roof of my snugtop.

3" or 4" PVC, rounded end cap on the front, screw off on the rear. secure to roof rack rails with stainless hose clamps or for a removable holder, black bungee straps or nylon webbing straps..........easy squeezy
