Okay I am hoping that the collective knowledge with helpshorten my search, I have recently snapped the top 8" off the top of oneof my favorite rods. I have looked at the local Bass pro for a replacement withno luck. I am wanting a Fast action spinning rod that is designed for lighterweight stuff from under 1/8 ounce to 1/4 ounce 8-12lbs line but the kicker is Ineed it to be a two piece rod! I am not sure why there is such hate towards twopiece rods. If I am making a short run to a local lake 30 minutes away a one pieceis fine but when I am running 8-12 hours to go play on the coast for a week ortwo weeks I want a two piece rod. They are so much easier to transport then aone piece.

So who knows of a good two piece spinning rod with in thatweight range? I am sending my Shimano rod in for a replacement but I want toadd another just in case I break it again.
