Need ideas for rod holder attachment.

I have a fishing rod holder from Cabela's and I need to attach it to the front of the bed of my Tacoma. See Pics below. It comes with some screws and it seems like if I can find a little plate or nut to slide in the rail I can just screw it in....Im afraid its not quite that simple, but maybe Im wrong. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

 

G1777921 - T-slot nut from Zorotools.com Should work. You might have to trim those bolts down or get some extra nuts to space it out.

 

Unitstrut Nut
Fender washer
Wingnut

And some rubber caps for the bottom bolts.

Slip the unitstrut nuts into the rails and rotate them 90 degrees, then spin the wingnuts down on the washers to secure.
