The Marines are the Mens Department of the Navy- Under the DoD. The laws regardingPosse Comitatus apply to them and they are a combat force- Forward deployed and what not.

The Coast Guard is the main agency in DHS and is primarily a safety and law enforcement service. Posse Comitatus does not apply to us and we get TONS of trim...and are the best dressed mother fuckers on the water....

A buddy of mine has a 24' CC. Its nice, but it starting to have engine issues. I think the fastest it would go is around 42 mph with a 190 4.3 Merc. in/out.
