    just curious to see how everyone did striper fishing this year.
    livin up in CT we did alright but not nearly as great as in the past

    good luck. fished all summer all summer from july to late august were gettin alot of them 20-40lbs, but all the sudden from september on havent really got anything. the bluefish are going wild but bass are pretty scarce now

    I do all my fishing in the surf since I have a truck and not a boat. :eek:

    my old man hit them all summer in cape cod bay, launching out of dennis mostly

    i havent made it down yet to get on the water all year, and it sucks big time

    yeah i hear ya on that. i was only able to go out on the wkends this summer because of a buisy work scheduale. but my father was taking the boat out almost everyday, was jealous to say the least

    i fish the Marthas Vineyard derby every year, usually hit the stripers good from shore, but not so good this year. didn't weigh one striper. got into the albies good though.man i love catchin those fish
